- Voice Over Central is not an agency. It is merely a contact platform for voice artists and voice seekers, and therefore no commissions are charged.
- VOC will not be held responsible for any contracts between voice artists and voice seekers, nor will VOC be held liable for any losses whatsoever of funds lost or deadlines missed etc…
contracts between voice artists and seekers will enter into contracts under their own separate terms and conditions. - Voice artists will provide truthful information on their profiles and understand that any contact information they choose to provide will be made available online and understand the possible risks involved.
- All artist profiles will have a contact form by which voice seekers may use that will have your email address hidden, but you will be able to put in additional info such as mobile numbers etc at your own risk.
- VOC cannot and will not guarantee work from this site, all marketing of artist profiles are to be done by the voice artist. VOC will market the entire site.
- As there are union and non-union artists on this site, the pricing may vary and it is between the seeker and the artist to negotiate costs, delivery and collection of funds. VOC is not responsible for this.
- VOC will monitor artist profiles for quality, copyright infringements and content, but voc is not obligated to do so and is not responsible for any misleading information, clips provided, or quality of content.

These complaints will be looked into but cannot guarantee action will be taken, however, should we agree then action will be taken. - VOC will under no circumstance be responsible for any content, images, third party infringements, and misleading information whatsoever. VOC is merely a contact platform for voice seekers and voice artists.
- VOC has the right to suspend or cancel any profiles that do not adhere to these terms and conditions.
- VOC has no control over content, or contacts between seekers and artists.
- Any contract entered into between voice seekers and voice artists are not contracts with VOC and VOC will not be responsible for any losses of funds, deadlines, information, quality, content or results of the contract.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change… notification will be provided.
- VOC stores all user data in a database which can not be accessed from the outside the server. Also, all security related information like passwords are stored encrypted. All data exchanged between you and the VOC server is encrypted for the journey through the network, so nobody can sneak into your personal data.
- While VOC will aim to have uninterrupted service, VOC cannot guarantee availability of the site, service interruptions can happen and voc will not be held responsible for any losses or damage caused by this.
- There are no refunds.
- Voice Artists and voice seeker will make use of this site for the way it is intended and will not tolerate unlawful use.
